Technical Ryder

PRiME & PM is a Rapper/Live production duo consisting of Zaximus Giga PRiME as the Rapper/vocals and Jake PM in charge of live production and finger drumming/various instrumentation, depending on setlist, set length, and show.

  • One laptop
  • Native Instruments Maschine MK3 controller
  • 8 channel mixer
  • ¼ inch chords for in/out of mixer
  • 2 DI boxes
  • Nintendo DS(‘s)
  • Nintendo Gameboy
  • Acoustic Guitar
  • Medium table for Maschine and other instruments

PRiME & PM’s venue/gear requirements

  • 2 vocal mics
  • 1 mic stand
  • 2 XLR cables to run into venues sound system
  • Sound person
  • Mic for acoustic guitar
  • Minimum of 2 monitors one for Jake PM, and at least one for Zaximus Giga PRiME
  • An area to set up for merchandise

 

PRiME & PM prefer to have our table as close to the front of the stage as the venue allows, in order to enable both members of the band to be as close to the audience as possible. Our preferred soundcheck is a minimum of an hour before music start time in order to resolve any possible sound issues, as well as leave gear set up until show’s end. We are flexible on equipment placement during other acts performances, as well as what stage size allows.
